Use Groups to schedule a Park action

The Park action currently only allows filtering by Name and Region/Tag, with Groups (turbonomic-settings) not being a selectable filter option at this time. Park using Groups would make more sense

Support Azure Databases beyond MS SQL

Today Turbonomic only support DBaaS for Azure, workloads with DB Engine MS SQL Server. Customer have Postgres, MySQL and MariaDB too. My customer for instance has more than 50% of databases Postgres.

Support logical groups of resources to allow actions to be sequenced

Add support for “Logical group names” function that Park My Cloud had. logically group resources together that allow me to then sequence the order that groups of resources are stopped and started.
