Standardize date and time display

Allow the user to configure the display of date and time values. Consistently apply formatting across the produce. A good default format would be ISO-8601. 2018-04-22 16:20.

Exporting data from DWC

The feature of exporting any details from DWC to specific formatted file, say a .csv file is not available. Addition of this will be of great help for operations/schedulers across the board
