Limits by combining multiple job streams

Today we can set limits at Workstation level and Job Stream Level. However if we have to have a combined sub limit for multiple job streams, it is hard to achieve. Requirement is for grouping of job streams and setting a limit on them.

On Reports have an option to send the report (history or sql) as an email. It sends it once or schedules it as job to run as required (weekly etc). Similar to how we use the Batchcli feature, but DWC does it all for you from a few clicks.
