Oracle agent (RZ) alert log monitor needs to handle a CDB/PDB setup where ORA-errors are now not at the beginning of the alert log entry

This is necessary else there would be no alert log monitoring capability (alerts missed)

Please upkeep security of the product, by making available newer priv protocol AES. DES which is the only option available now, has been deprecated by IEEE framework. Consquently removed from linux OS, net-snmp , and openssl 3.x

This is necessary for product to run with non vulnerable versions of security components. Without this AES encryption being available, we are forced to shutdown / not use the product anymore by cyber security.
