Send alert config id in alert notification

We are currently struggeling to correlate, which alert config has caused a notification being sent to our notification channel. It would be helpful to also receive a deep link to the alert config.

Additional Topic Metrics for Kafka

HMC Sensor - Add the HMC "release version" version to the product metrics

NOC agents must generate platform reports with the version to determine if there are changes. Currently, they cannot view through Instana UI and must contact the administrator of each HMC to obtain the version.
