Add historical reporting features available on IWS to IWS on Cloud.

IWS on Cloud (SaaS) does not provide the historical reporting features available in the on-premise versions. The "historical reports" features should be available to SaaS customers too. The priority is on "job run history".

Use "Alias" naming convention to replace "Account Name" for AWS data

For AWS data, use Alias feature to display account name. Customer would like to leverage this Apptio. Is there a way for Apptio to leverage the “alias” name instead of the actual Account name. The AWS portals display the “alias” name itself.

IWS v9.4 has a clock icon that displays a selection of times when setting up time restrictions on a job stream. IWS v10.1 does not have the same functionality.
