Ability to only allow certain user groups to import data to Planning

Importing directly to the system has risks related to overwriting the data, and an average user is not capable or trained to be able to complete this reliably. We would like for this option to be only with Admin, or select users at Admin discretion

Ability to load customised public views at a plan-level, rather than system-wide shared

We have multiple user types that will not share the use of the same plans, and so we would like to customise the public views each of the users can see by plan. Currently this is set/shared for all Plans within Planning.

ITP: Need bulk upload ability to input Targets in a Plan

Users need ability to bulk upload Targets in ITP rather than having to enter manually, especially in the case of Cost Center level targets. Our organization has hundreds of Cost Centers that require a target.

Enable multi-year TARGETs

We do a lot of multi-year budgeted, but are unable to leverage the TARGETS feature because it only applies to the first year of the "plan". We need multi-year TARGETs to match our state biennial budget cycle.
