The existing integrations for external incident management systems are a bit thin. Essentially only ServiceNow is available.
To make AIOps minimally useful in an environment where operators are using a corporate Incident management system, not AIOps, for incident handling, we would need:
The ability to hit an external webhook URL when a new AIOps incident is created. If this were in a standard JSON format then mapping could be done on the other end, or you could offer transformation via JSONata on the outbound JSON.
The ability to modify an incident by having an external system hit an AIOps webhook endpoint. Modifications include things like changing the severity, short description, but most importantly STATUS, so that when the external system closes the Incident, the AIOps incident can be closed to keep the two in sync.
