Support for Branch Description Text in Studio

Branches are usually created for a specific reason and many clients archive branches for later reference. It becomes difficult for the users/admins to recall the purpose the branch was created when the archived branch gets too old but still needs to be retained. 
 
With the description metadata field for branches, customers can add details like:
  • Why the branch was created?
  • What is the expected time for deleting the branch?
  • Admins/Analysts responsible/working on the branch.
  • Planned configuration activities for the branch (for an active branch)

    Adding to the product backlog.  We will include this feature request when we enhance branches as part of the UX Modernization in 2025.
