Default API URL for reports should include all rows of data instead of only displayed rows

When copying API URLs, currently the default is to copy only the displayed rows (first page) of the report data when the Component Information URL is copied. "&rowCount=1000000000" must be added on to include the entire report. It would be more useful for the default URL to include all items in the report - in all of our use cases, we would require the full report to be copied in and would never be looking for only the first displayed page to be copied.

This would be useful for anyone copying API URLs into Datalink as it removes an extra step that is currently needed to get the full report brought in. In the current state, it is easy to accidentally not include all report data if you forget to add the additional row count specification, which compromises the Datalink being created.
