Ability to edit actual attributes directly in Spendmanager UI

The enhancement request is that we want the ability to edit actual attributes directly in Spendmanager UI, bypassing the need to import actuals via .csv Import file or Cost Transparency.
 
For example after we have imported the current month's actuals (e.g. import from Cost Transparency), we want to edit the department number or vendor name for an actual line item in Spendmanager. We want to eliminate the additional steps of having to first download the current month's spendmanager actuals (i.e. May 2024) to a .csv file, edit the attributes in the .csv file, then re-import the modified actuals .csv file back into Spendmanager. 
 
We want the capability to edit any field (except for the cost column) directly in Spendmanager UI.
