Ability To Hide Columns On OOTB and Custom Objects

Hi support,

based on feedback from @Mark Nealey on my discussion point here, I would like to propose the ability to do custom "hide columns" on OOTB and custom model objects.

This will remove the unrequired columns for a customer's specific configuration. This will benefit performance (smaller model objects to be calculated), model maintenance tasks, and simplify configuration.

The hide columns step would not be impacted in upgrades avoiding future friction and overhead.
