Add Layout like feature to Summary and Dasboard Screen of Apptio IT Planning

The Layout feature in the Expenses view allows users to filter out certain cost centers and cost types giving them a perfect view of their responsibilities. 

When the user goes to Summary or Dashboard Screen the layout is not available which gives them full view of all cost centers/cost types which does not make any sense for them. 

Idea - Add a Save Layout kind of functionality to the Summary and Dashboard screen as shown in the attached file.
