Allow creation of a new custom report collection in Bill of IT

For  Bill of IT module, we are required to create a new report collection for saving and efficiency related custom report and keep them in a single collection for customers. We dont want to use Custom Bill of IT reports collection  for this purpose as it is being used for our internal charge and invoice export processing reports.  It will be great to have this flexibility.

    The Billing application is delivered as a separate Application End Point as part of a Service Costing project. This is a legacy architecture which does not allow an administrator to create new report collections and assign them to the Billing App End Point.

    As such, there is nothing that will be done with respect to the current Recport Collection construct as part of the existing report studio functionality.


    With the UX Modernization effort, Apptio is building a new report designer and a new report viewer where a new report navigation paradigm will be used. Administrators will have the ability to create folder and organize reports within those folder as desired.
