Automated Data Management - pushing plans from IIP to CT - how to push plan to January

This functionality was available in the prior version of IT Planning.  In the prior version of IT Planning, the data was pushed to January of the year that the Plan started in.  So, if the plan start year was FY2023, the plan would be pushed to January FY2023 in the intergration table in TBM Studio.   Basically, now, I have to manually take the extract that was loaded to November FY2023, and load it to January FY2023.  This was functionality that was currently in place in the prior version of IT Planning.  The data would automatically get loaded to January of the plan start year.  Now, in TBM Studio, I have to manually load the data that was loaded to November, and load it to January.  

We would like to request an enhancement, to once again provide the ability to push plans to January of the plan start year.
