Business or work day of month option for scheduling

(This is in relation to earlier idea https://community.apptio.com/idea/work-day-schedule, which was marked incorrectly as delivered.)

Please add a recurrence option when scheduling connectors to use business or work days for monthly schedules. Below is a mockup of the idea.

This is important since clients often base monthly financial close processes around business or work days, not calendar days of the  month. As a result, calendar vs work days can differ by as much as 10 days. This means we can't reliably schedule a connector to run when data is closed and ready. While we can use the custom schedule feature to apply the year's close schedule, it would be more efficient to use a schedule based on the work days.
