Custom role/ permissions in IT Planning

Use case

I have noticed that one permission “CustomizeLayouts” where User can customize layouts in AgilePlanning. Do we also have this permission in IT Planning?

 

 

In IT Planning I need to create e a role where user can only be able to create a layout and share them amount their departments.

For this I have created a custom role, however I didn’t find any direct permission only for creating layout and sharing, I should select the “Manage plans” permission but this also gives access to user to “create, archive, and delete plans (via the Plan menu, Manage Plans command)”.

I have checked with Apptio support they said its not possible this in IT Planning. 

 Can you please take this request for future enhancements

    Users with Admin or Budget Process Owner roles currently have the ability to create or modify public layouts. Are you requesting a permission that would allow non-Admin users to edit public layouts as well?
