Display multiple owners for 1 application

For 1-to-many relationships, I’m looking for a feature that allows the “many” values to display on a single row in reporting (separated by a character, e.g. semi-colon) instead of just displaying an ellipses indicating Various. In addition to making the owner names visible in the report, this would also allow for filtering on owner name (which is not possible with an ellipses).

Our particular use case is related to displaying owners of an application. If there is a single owner of an app, the name displays. However, if there are multiple owners, an ellipses displays. See screenshot below.

In the underlying Applications Object, there is a 1-to-1 relationship between the “Business Application Sys ID” field and the Owner field, and we have granularity applied for the Business Application Sys ID.

However, for reporting purposes we want to show the cost rolled up under the Application Name, so we have the table in our report Grouped on Application Name. If we were to Group on owner, it would split the Application cost into multiple rows in reporting, which is not desired. Instead, we’re looking for a solution that would allow all owners to show on one row next to the Application.
