Enable Views to be shared based on role assignment rather than named users.

Our access management approach is such that we expose certain features to our end users based on their Mission Organization. A Mission Organization could have between 1 and many users. To reduce the administrative overhead in assigning Views and Row Level Security (RLS) rules, rather than having to associate Views and RLS rules to users we would much prefer to associate Views and RLS rules to role assignments.

For example, I have 20 users who support the Mission Org named "My Awesome Platform". I have created a custom role for this Mission Org so that I can expose a limited and specific set of report components, reports, and platform components. I would like to configure RLS rules and Views by associating a single record based the custom role for "My Awesome Platform" instead of adding 20 records to the RLS rules table and having to individually share a View by searching and clicking in the CLDY UI 20 times or having to list 20 userIDs in the CLDY Views JSON object
