"Last Uploaded" date

As per the design behaviour, the "Upload" step shows upload times in GMT-7:00 (PST) timezone and not in the Customers local timezone (see attached screenshot). This is in our opinion misleading and confusing. Apptio is requested to change this so the local timezone (date and time) is shown.

Note: The date and time used in the check-in overview is the Customers local timezone and that's correct.

    For confirmation, this request will include two specific enhancements to the Upload step in the TBM Studio data pipeline:

    • Display the Date & Time of the file upload
    • Display the Date & Time in the user's local time setting 

    We will begin modernizing the TBM Studio user experience starting in 2024 which includes the data transformation pipeline.  I will incorporate this idea in those plans
