Add a WYSIWYG or Rich Text HTML Editor to the HTML Component

Please add a WYSIWYG HTML editor to the HTML component. Currently, there is only the option to edit in raw html. If you add a reference to an editor like TinyMCE (https://www.tiny.cloud), it would enable us to edit the contents of an HTML component as rich text.

    We will include this functionality as part of the UX Modernization effort in 2024 where we are looking at a new modern report designer.  

    We will include rich text in the HTML report component as well as in editable tables for rich text "Descriptions".
