ITP with ADM - Automatically Update Reference Data

@Sheetal Dehadaraya

Recently, we did a demo of ADM to the customer A2A. The customer likes the feature "Automatically publish reference data imported from Cost Transparency".

A2A would like to have also a feature for "Automatically Update Reference Data" for Actuals (in Spend Management section) and Plans.

After some conversations with @Ashish Phule and @Nitin Patel, there are some considerations:

1 - this feature may apply only for plans in "New" or "Open" state, not final

2 - this feature should work in combination with the flag "Disable Update Reference Data Restrictions"

3 - everything should be logged in "Cost Transparency Integration -> Status"

Examples:

a) "Disable Update Reference Data Restrictions" not checked:

a.1) if updating reference data is not compatible with some of the lines of a certain plan or a certain month of Actuals, in the Status a "Failed" should appear for that plan or that month of Actuals

a.2) if updating reference data is compatible with all of the lines of a certain plan and all months of Actuals, in the Status a "Success" should appear for that plan

b) "Disable Update Reference Data Restrictions" checked:

b.1) if updating reference data is not compatible with some of the lines of a certain plan or a certain month of Actuals, in the Status a "Warning" should appear for that plan, saying that a Backup plan has been created, and a "Failed" should appear for that month of Actuals

b.2) if updating reference data is compatible with all of the lines of a certain plan and all months of Actuals, in the Status a "Success" should appear for that plan and Actuals
