Linking Published Tables and Standard Tables

We sometimes need to reinject calculated data from the reporting layer back into Standard Tables (e.g. output of metrics OpEx YTD, Charge YTD).

Examples:

in BOIT, Client wants to apply a reallocation of a calculated YTD Charge of a given BU amongst all the other BUs and Service IDs. To do so, we had to calculate YTD Charge and reinject this calculated charge into the model via DataLink - Copy Table table job. Being able to do a simple Lookup from a Standard Table into the Published Table would bypass this need of DL Jobs (and constant Refresh of the copy table job.

in CT, Client wants to manually enter/change Thresholds in an Editable Table within a report that are compared against calculated data in the model in real-time, without having to "Publish" to transform Post Editable table. Examples: max 5% of {Fallout YTD / Total Cost YTD}). Addressing many similar scenario analysis against calculated data will become possible with the same principle applying.
