Support printing separate table pages when printing full-page reports to PDF

Customers using CT/BoIT to email full-page PDFs to users (such as Billing invoices) need the full-page PDF export to include the separate pages of tables in the export.

TBM Studio does not support printing full pages to PDF where individual components extend > 1 page

Should a table be sized to fit on 1 full printed page, causing the table to span multiple table pages, only the displayed page of the table will print to a full page PDF.

A workaround is to turn that table into multiple identical tables, each  displaying a different page, but the visualization will not remain static as the data within those tables change.

    Apptio will rebuild the PDF generation as part of the UX Modernization effort. Our goal is to improve how tables are printed across multiple pages -- does not require being the full page, include header row on each page, embed image directly in the email as an option. We will not do this specific "solution" as described in the existing Report Studio print layout feature.
