Cloudability / BI landing page for new users.

New users to Cloudability typically onboard by requesting SSO access but are without context when logging in to Apptio Cloudability for the first time. 

I would like to direct first time users to a landing page which would serve as a getting started guide and link to documentation, both internal and yours. This could either be a custom landing page or directing to a standard Apptio BI report on first login. BI has text widgets which could contain the information.

I consider this to be important as it will greatly enable new users to get better value from Cloudability.
