When planning is in maintenance please have a dialog box stating "Maintenance in progress"

Team that have users from all over the globe that have working hours during the maintenance windows. Because it is their normal working hours and the system is down with no explanation it causes people to think something is wrong with the system and putting in support cases. A simple fix could be displaying that we are in maintenance to avoid any confusion.
