Logging and Display Features for "Send Mail" in CT Report Export

Currently, the "Send Mail" feature does not keep logs of sent emails. For the client I am responsible for, the inability to review the sending history of emails makes it difficult to properly handle user requests for sending confirmations.

Proposal

The following two functional improvements are requested:

  1. Add an option to disable the "Send Mail" feature
    Provide a setting that allows this feature to be disabled when necessary.
  2. Implement email logging and management interface display functionality
    Enable the recording of sent email logs and allow for easy tracking and review through the management interface (e.g., Reports or Usage).
