Trigger an email to remind customers that their Single Sign On (SSO) Certificate needs to be refreshed within Frontdoor.

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Apptio SSO Certificates are now refreshed by the Customer, self served via Domain Management within Access Administration on Frontdoor.  This refresh needs to take place annually and if not completed in time the customers end users will no longer be SSO enabled.  If the system were to trigger an email that reminded our customers of an imminent SSO Certificate refresh it would hopefully mitigate the risk of them no longer being SSO enabled.
