Automated report delivery from Total Cost/Apptio

Requesting a method for automated scheduled report delivery of reports from Total Cost.  We have a series of reports created in TBM Studio that reflect key KPIs and other pertinent data.  We need a way to automatically schedule the delivery of these reports (optimally in PDF format as attachments) to emails.  

Many of our users do not log into the application with any frequency and we need a way to get this information to them automatically without us logging in and downloading a hundred reports each month.  Our user community is growing and the problem will only get worse.

    Appreciate your response.

    We are running Apptio Cloudability Total Cost in the GovCloud region so we do not have any access to Report Studio in 2025. Would love to know an ETA on availability.

    I am unable to access the link provided because of GovCloud user as well. Is there a way I could see the roadmap of what is coming?

    As part of the Report Studio reporting solution, a new email subscription service was released in H2 2024 with additional enhancements in 2025. Please see the Email Subscription Help documentation for more information. https://help.apptio.com/en-us/studio/reports/email-subscription.htm
