As you know, Apptio application for Wells Fargo TTCO team can send application generated emails for reporting etc using no-reply@apptio.com as the sender address. We are wondering if the Apptio application for TTCO can use a dedicated and unique address like ttcoapp@apptio.com or ttcoapp@wellsfargo.com as the sender address and have the mailbox monitored by forwarding any email replied to the sender address to another email address we at Wells Fargo team can review and check. 

This request is part of the initiative of data loss prevention with application generated emails at Wells Fargo:

Since currently the no-reply@apptio.com is not monitored people trying to reply to any email they are receiving would see their reply would not be received, thus causing business data loss, sometimes, may be the data related to life saving matters.
