Add a feature to allow report users to customize the reporting range themselves rather than having to request a different view of the same report.

I was approached today by the Vendor Management team to see if it would be possible to pull the last 12 (Individual) Months of data for 4 specific vendors.  The current report shows the current FY's data so they would have had to download this year's report and last year's report and combine them to get the information.  I went into TBM studio and changed the month range and exported the data for them.  While making the change, it occurred to me that this would be a good feature for the tool that would give Apptio users more ability to customize the reports since we aren't using Apptio BI at this time.  

Apptio BI would require a good deal of end user training and communication around how the financial data is filtered so they understand what is and what is not included in the tables in our instance so we have chosen not to allow broad access to the tool yet.   This is a roadmap item, however.
