@Shweta Shivani One option is to use an editable table to allow someone to enter changes in the reporting surface and see the resulting impact. There are different ways this could be done based on the type of 'what-if' comparisons you are trying to accomplish and how much data is to be changed.
For example, if you wanted to do worst case, best case, most likely case for some % adjustments, that could be incorporated into the workflow by creating an editable table which is published to a transform table with a formula adjustment based on the % value. The end user would be able to change the values in the reporting surface without re-uploading data. NOTE: depending upon the size and complexity of the cost model, it will take time to calculate.
