Sadly not no, when I try this, it's limiting me not just on the "Service" Dimension, but appears to on the Month Dimension too. See screenshot. I see the "include other values" being greyed out here too.

Did you try limiting the number of shown results using the “Results” selection? It is just under the Alternative Metrics part of the configuration panel. You can also decide to include the “Other” value or not.
