Do not throw error for unneeded columns in imports that are present in the export file

Importing a file directly produced by the export data action should not throw any errors. The system should be able to export and immediately reimport with no issues or alterations to the data required by the user. I understand that cost center code is the key and the cost center name is added for readability sake, but when reimporting, any columns included in the export data that would throw the error "Uploaded file contains one or more unknown columns which will be ignored" should be ignored and not produce an error for the user.
