Hi,
We discovered that Export Financial button doesn't work as expected. This has been spotted while we were testing multi currency feature in IT Planning.
Here is my step by step description of my actions (screenshots for more clarity are attached to this request; everything performed in Test environment):
I added two lines (one in EUR, one in PLN) and it calculates fine for the currencies I provided in the Plan Currency Rate.
However, when I select Currency to ‘USD Company’ in top right corner and want to export it to a separate Excel file it generates a spreadsheet with Original Currencies (EUR, PLN) instead of USD.
We expect the Excel file to look exactly the same as Apptio Frontend, meaning we want USD instead of PLN and EUR.
Thank you in advance for looking into this.
Kind regards,
Dawid
To export in a common currency, select Export Financials as Layout (Export to CSV in the New View) or Export to XLS (using the New View) which automatically exports the layout view.
