Export All should use a fixed column order, and not vary with my Layout

The current functionality is confusing and non-intuitive, and interferes with many assumptions about how process flow should work. "Export All" should be a trustworthy 'I don't know what I need, give me everything' button that I can drp into Excel and feed into further processing. As it is, there's a chance some or all columns will be re-ordered, effectively at random. I've had a number of colleagues describe this behaviour as disruptive to their tasks - one said he thought he was going mad, because "why would the system change the order of columns?"


How:

Instead of trying to guess at an order for the fields based on the current layout, simply use an order than does not change.

    I believe this is a good idea that would help standardize the behavior with the "Export for Re-Import" feature (formerly Export All). Currently, Export All exports data based on the order of columns in UI, which can vary depending on the user or result from unintended column reordering.
