See the sustainability impact of using AI/ML tools in the cloud

As a FinOps lead trying to influence my colleagues to use things responsibly, I need accurate sustainability metrics for AI/ML usage, to get my colleagues to use AI/ML with due care.

The sustainability metrics are not available for the majority of the ATUM taxonomy. Especially those parts covering Artifical Intelligence and Machine Learning.

I would like to understand how usage of things deemed 'AI' would show up in the sustainability metrics. I'm being asked how our usage of things 'AI' are driving our sustainability metrics. We expect that to be growing worse as people start to use more 'AI' things. Can't put my finger on any sustainability metrics that I can see.

From my experience in ApptioBI I know that the ATUM Service Name = "Decision Intelligence & Automation" covers much of this. I use that in other dashboards to split out use of AI/ML tools like Sagemaker & Bedrock in AWS, and Azure Machine Learning.

It doesn't seem to cover GitHub Co-pilot or other figures from Microsoft source. I can see some cost/usage no.s from GitHub Item Description filter. I'm unclear if that is shown in the 'AI' ATUM Service figures?

None of these 'AI' ATUM splits seem to show up in the broad sustainability reporting.
I just seem to get compute, data, platform or similar on the whole. Am I missing something?
