Planning - combine actuals and planned values in Forecast

Currently, in the forecast plan, actuals are displayed as separate non-editable lines (for both past and future months), while planned values are maintained in separate editable lines (with actual months greyed out). Planners have shared that this creates too many “actuals” lines and makes the view cluttered.

Proposed Enhancement:
Enable editing of future months directly within the actuals line itself, rather than maintaining separate editable plan lines. It would also be good if the tool automatically Merges the actuals and forecast lines if all the columns are matching. This would provide a more summarized view and simplify the planner experience.
