Allow External data upload for ADM

It would be helpful to enable EXTERNAL data uploads from TBM Studio via ADM to Apptio Planning. These files contain centrally managed forecasts (not edited by users) calculated in the TBM Studio but today must be exported to CSV and reuploaded. Automating this transfer would save time, allow more frequent uploads, and improve efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
A common use case is PO forecasting with agreed schedules contained in SAP — competitive planning tools support automated PO forecasting, as there are high volumes of POs (many small) that are impractical to enter manually via the Contracts tab. And why to use run rates when the POs contain tags to specific IT Products. Thank you for considering this.
