Having a scroll bar, pinned feature, reorder tabs in TBM studio

Our admin team would like the ability to have a scroll feature, pinned feature, and the ability to reorder table tabs added to the bottom of TBM studio.  When performing configuration or troubleshooting, or data loading, the amount of tabs needed can get into the double digits.  Most of the time, six tabs is about all that can be shown before tabs start to disappear.  This gets especially confusing when troubleshooting, as you're trying to remember if you already looked at a certain table or report, but because it's no longer open as a tab, it can be hard to keep track of.  The minimum ask would be able to drag and drop tabs to a different position to keep them from disappearing (the way browser tabs function).  The medium ask would be the ability to pin tabs so we can choose which tabs will disappear.  The ideal ask would be for the scroll bar that would allow for keeping as many tabs as needed available, as well as the reordering of tabs and pinned feature.

As part of the UX Modernization effort, Apptio will be re-envisioning and upliftin the user experience for TBM Studio.  In 2024, the focus as been the end user reporting and a new Report Designer.  In 2025, we will be rebuilding the Studio experience including the Project Explorer and the way documents are shown to include the ideas around tab control (sort, pin, increased numbers, etc.).
