Apptio Costing:::Data Quality Evaluations tied to detailed use cases from the Value Framework

A challenge when implementing Apptio Costing is knowing whether or not the data attributes you have available from your company's systems are sufficient to accomplish your goals in Apptio.  It would be helpful to have a data quality assessment built into the product that you can point at one or more datasets, and essentially ask it your likelihood to be successful implementing a given use case you select from a list. If there are gaps or issues, the assessment should be able to explain what those might be, whether it is an important missing data attribute, a data attribute that exists but is incomplete or inconsistent, or an entire data relationship that is missing.  Additionally, this should be able to look across all loaded data and suggest those use cases that CAN be accomplished with the data provided.
