Implement transform pipeline better

The pipeline has been designed to give the appearance of multiple formula steps by, in the background, annotating which step a formula comes after - accordingly you can't have two formula steps one after another. It gives the apparent functionality of multiple formula steps.

But it means you have this daft situation where, if you want to group a set of formulae together, you have to insert a dummy step in the middle. Except there aren't any dummy steps so you have to insert another step that you aren't otherwise going to use and leave it functionally redundant. For example a hide/rename that doesn't hide or rename any columns.

It looks and feels bad.

You can't modify a column more than once within the pipeline. Some times that would be beneficical

Also you can't have multiple other steps. So for example if I want to rename a column at the start, before processing, and then hide some columns at the end that were just used for processing within the transform... I can't do that.

So the request is to implement the pipeline fully; to allow adding as many of the different processing steps as you want and in the order you want.

As part of the UX Modernization effort, in 2025, we will be re-assessing the data and model pipeline.  One of the core areas we want to improve is the use of formulas to provide a more intuitive experience that takes into account precendence and order.

As we get closer to initiating this effort, we will reach out to customers for input and validation with our ideas.

NOTE:  Part of this request duplicates other RFEs requesting "blank formula steps", back-to-back formula steps, etc.
