Apptio Costing:::Data anomaly detection configuration options

The current Anomaly detection feature in TBM Studio helps identify when loaded data changes.  This idea suggestion is to add more configurable options to this feature.  Specifically for each dataset I would suggest being able to configure a percent change in row counts and/or a percent change in the sum of a specific numeric field.  I think currently it is hard coded to inspect row count, and only alert if the row count changes by more than a fixed percent, or maybe if it exceeds 2 standard deviations.  I would like the ability to indicate that if the sum of a specific numeric field increases or decreases by more than X%, then throw an anomaly alert and draw the administrator's attention to this change.  For instance, if the sum of the headcount column changes by more than 5% since the last load, notify me.  Or if the sum of the row count changes by more than 10%, notify me.  Additionally, anomaly alerts should notify users, either via email or slack, to specified user(s).
