Apptio Costing:::Allow weighting by fields with mix of positive and negative numbers

Currently within TBM Studio, if you create an allocation, it is really tempting to choose "weight by number" or "weight by metric" to allocate a quantity.  However, if there is ANY chance that the column providing the weighting will have a mixture of positive and negative numbers, the allocation will not work.  Instead, you need to do a weight by "Formula" and enter a complicated formula for the allocation to work.  This idea is to address this such that by default any weight by number allocation will handle a mixture of positive and negative numbers by default.
