Improved flexibility around editable table promotion options

Requesting to enhance the options around promoting editible tables.

    An enhanced editable table recurring publish feature will be released with R12.11.7 / c2.7 on 5 July 2024 and will support the following capabilities:

    • Multiple schedule including the desired recurrence, target publish to period, control auto check, enable/disable, and "run now"
    • Consolidated list of all transforms of editable tables including the name of the editable table, editable table type, source table if enriched, assigned schedule, enable/disable, last published date/time, next scheduled publish date/time
    • Enhanced publish to periods including:  First Period of Current Fiscal Year, First Period of Next Fiscal Year, and others.
