Plan level mandatory fields/settings

We have different users in the tool with different processes and forecast types. One set of users has specific fields created in Planning for their process that aren’t required in other user’s processes. It would be nice to have the option to create mandatory fields for one group and not have them required for all other users. This enhancement would help with data quality for each process.

It potentially would work similarly to the newly rolled out plan level permissions. The field settings would rollover from the baselined plan and have a settings option to update the mandatory fields, if needed. Newly created plans would use the global set of fields under the Configuration Schema, but could be changed/updated by the plan settings.
