Improve Extension Adjustment on Contracts tab for YoY Changes

Currently, when applying the extension adjustment in coordination with the Extend feature on the contracts tab, it is applying this percentage to the first extension, but not future years. This means that if clients are trying to multiyear plan and are trying to add an inflation factor, it is only working for the first extension and not future extensions, making the feature useless and requiring manual amortization to be selected.
