: Please add functions to Formulas that have the same functionality as the ASC and JIS functions specific to the Japanese version of Excel.

In Japanese text, Latin characters, katakana, and hiragana can appear in full-width and half-width forms, which may cause mismatches when comparing or referencing text.

To address this, the Japanese version of Excel provides two functions:
ASC(), which converts full-width Latin characters, katakana, and hiragana into ASCII (half-width) characters where applicable, and
JIS(), which converts ASCII characters and half-width kana into their full-width equivalents.

For example:

カタカナ ≠ カタカナ

ヒラガナ ≠ ひらがな

ABC ≠ ABC

Therefore, would it be possible to add functions with similar functionality to formulas in TBM Studio as well?
