Email Subscriptions to non-Apptio users for Cloud Total Cost Reports

Right now our organization is moving towards using Teams Channels more strategically. Specifically, each Teams Channel gets a personalized email that you can use to send / forward emails to which is helpful for sending out monthly reports. We have Teams Channels for each SBU in our Organization and would like to send our reports on a monthly cadence to the channels using the channel's custom email, however, the interface only lets Apptio users subscribe to emails. We would like the ability to add a custom non-user email to the subscriptions, or if this is not possible, then a bigger ask would be to have report filters show up in the report's URL. This adjustment would allow us to share reports pre-filtered with any of our SBU heads for further analysis.
