What is needed is a neutral indicator-- call it a blue dot or arrow pointing to the right -- to indicate something may be up month to month, but it's OK that is' up because it's STILL w/in the Health indicator range listed on the right side of the Digital KPI dashboard (see the attachment - mockup).

Originally, we raised a request - https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/500gJ000009uoZgQAI

In CPE's (CIO Platform Engineering) case, e.g. We have MTTR that can change in any direction up or down cycle to cycle (e.g. month to month), but staying within the target.  It can be whatever- a blue dash, dot- whatever as long as it's a visual indicator.

Here is a real example to help you better understand, using  Jan and Feb data in Sandbox:

  • If Distributed's MTTR target is 71 mins and it went from 31 to 61 Jan to Feb, then it is a neutral change. It may be up Month to Month but it's still within the acceptable range.

This is a missing functionality which would enable any business unit represent their measurements compared to the health indicator/health range. Right now it requires manual checkin of a value listed in the Health Indicator section to understand if the KPI (on the left side) is within acceptable range (not only comparing it month-to-month, or year-to-year).
